Flood St tram stop, under construction on Tuesday 18th March 2025. This view looks due north as the line climbs towards King St
where it takes a sharp right hand turn to run in front of the building with the three white vertical panels. From that point
there's a further short climb to the summit near the King St/Hall St junction before it starts the steep descent through the
bus station and beyond. Flood St will be the southern terminus of the line in
the first phase. When this photo was taken the line continued for a short distance behind the camera, where it takes a reverse
curve, sharp left followed by sharp right, after which the alignment runs downhill alongside the Dudley Southern Bypass (a.k.a.
Duncan Edwards Way).
